Personality or psychological tests are a method used by some businesses to weed out bad workers and keep the good. It's bullshit, but stupid business leaders love bullshit. Bullshit is easier than doing things that work.
Here is one of the latest fads, the Dewey Color System, which uses your preference for colors to supply an appropriate career path. They say it is the "world's most accurate test." What do you want to bet they have no "you are a loser" results to any combination of colors you pick?
This type of absurdity even seems to be endorsed by high profile places like CareerBuilder.com.
Folks, some people lose jobs because of this type of foolishness!
To see what it was like, I took the test, and selected a bunch of colors at random. It gave me positive results. Even stranger is that although I indicated I had a number of years in my present career that was greater than my age, and it didn't find anything wrong with that.
